Welcome to MetroFun Park! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our amusement park facilities, services, and website located at 75 Dundas Street East, Toronto, ON M5B 2C1, Canada. By entering our park or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing tickets, entering MetroFun Park, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MetroFun Park.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services or enter our facilities. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Park Rules and Safety Regulations

Your safety is our top priority. All visitors must comply with posted safety rules and instructions from park staff. Height, weight, and health restrictions apply to certain rides and attractions for your safety.

  • Follow all posted safety guidelines and height restrictions for rides
  • Remain seated and keep hands and feet inside rides at all times
  • No outside food, beverages, or glass containers permitted in the park
  • Smoking is prohibited throughout the park premises
  • Photography for commercial purposes requires prior written consent
  • Proper attire is required; shirts and shoes must be worn at all times

Violation of park rules may result in removal from the premises without refund. We reserve the right to inspect bags and personal items for prohibited materials.

3. Ticket Purchases and Admissions

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except as required by law. Ticket prices are subject to change without notice, and promotional offers may have specific terms and conditions.

Season passes and multi-day tickets are subject to blackout dates and capacity limitations. We reserve the right to limit admission during peak periods or special events. Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced.

Group rates and discounts may be available and are subject to advance booking requirements and availability. Corporate and educational group bookings require separate agreements.

4. Liability and Risk Assumption

By entering MetroFun Park, you assume all risks associated with amusement park activities. While we maintain high safety standards, participation in rides and activities involves inherent risks that cannot be eliminated.

MetroFun Park, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your visit, except where prohibited by law. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Personal injury or property damage during your visit
  • Weather-related closures or modified operations
  • Temporary closure of rides or attractions for maintenance
  • Loss or theft of personal belongings

Visitors with medical conditions, pregnancy, or physical limitations should consult with park staff before participating in rides or activities.

5. Photography and Privacy

MetroFun Park may photograph or record visitors for promotional, security, and operational purposes. By entering the park, you consent to such photography and recording and grant us the right to use your likeness for marketing purposes.

Personal photography is permitted for non-commercial use. However, photography may be restricted on certain rides or in specific areas for safety reasons. Professional photography equipment requires prior authorization.

6. Prohibited Conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Disruptive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other guests
  • Possession of weapons, illegal substances, or dangerous items
  • Vandalism or damage to park property
  • Unauthorized commercial activities or solicitation
  • Line cutting or queue jumping
  • Feeding or disturbing wildlife
  • Unauthorized access to restricted areas

Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from the park and potential legal action.

7. Weather and Operational Changes

Park operations may be modified or suspended due to weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to close rides, attractions, or the entire park for safety reasons.

No refunds will be issued for weather-related closures or operational changes. We recommend checking our website or calling ahead for current operating status and any temporary closures.

8. Lost and Found

MetroFun Park is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. A lost and found service is available at the main entrance, and reasonable efforts will be made to reunite visitors with lost belongings.

Items not claimed within 30 days may be donated to charity or disposed of at our discretion. Valuable items should be secured or left with a non-participating member of your group.

9. Modifications to Terms

MetroFun Park reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.

Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically for any changes.
